SOLUTION:-
Cleaning a CPU is easy but re-fixing it may cause problem in future.
NOTE:- Before doing this,power off your computer and also remove the plug from the circuit board.
Its better to use ESD (Electrostatic discharge) during this process.
Don't use any liquid for cleaning.for better cleaning use air spray available in market.

- Power off and Unplug the computer.
- Open the cabinet using screwdriver.
- Carefully unpin the processor's heat sink and unplug the wire of fan and clean it without water (Remember not to remove the processor chip.just remove and clean the heat sink).
- Again fit the heat sink but be careful as fitting the heat sink may scratch your motherboards IC chip.
- Make sure that not much pressure should be applied to fit the heat sink as it may scratch or break the plastic on the heat sink.
CLEANING USING BRUSH:-
